We aim to deliver all in stock items within 7 working days, during busy periods delivery may take a little longer.

Out of stock items

All stock is sold subject to availability. If an item on your order is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you to let you know. You will not be charged for this item.

Returns policy

If you are not delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt.

Please note that we are unable to refund an item without a returns docket and that the refund will only be given to the original payer.

We can offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed.

We cannot exchange or refund altered goods.

Making returns

For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

To return any products to us, please fill in, print out & include our returns document in your package. Exchanges are made subject to stock availability. Please ensure the packaging you use to return any goods is the original packaging.

We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

You will receive your refund or exchange order (subject to stock) within 14 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible. Your refund will exclude the original delivery charge.
